Payments must be made in full before delivery/installation through approved payment methods.
In case of failed or incomplete transactions, SVR Water Systems will not be liable for any banking or third-party charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transport strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product has been handed over to the delivery partner.

5. Installation & Warranty

Installation services are provided by authorized technicians only.

Warranty coverage (where applicable) is limited to manufacturing defects as per the terms on your invoice.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or negligence.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or installed products are non-returnable unless proven defective.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch; once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
